We know you’re excited to get your order as quickly as possible, which is why we ship orders out during our business days from our studio in Brampton, Ontario.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your parcel has been collected by Canada Post.
Alternatively, if you live in the Bampton or GTA area, you can select ‘PICK-UP’ at checkout and will receive an SMS when your order is ready to collect from our studio! All ‘PICK-UP’ orders will be ready for collection between 2-10 business days.
Please note, we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch. Please allow 2-12 days to receive your shipping confirmation email or ready to collect SMS. Time period depends on the type of your order, for more details please check our Processing time section.
All orders must be signed for upon delivery and we are unable to accommodate requests for items to be left unattended.
PICK-UP
Valid for Brampton and GTA customers only. Collect in-store orders require 2-12 business days processing time.
Customers will receive an SMS notification when their order is ready for pick-up.
If PICK-UP’ orders are not collected within 2 weeks from notification date, the customer will be sent an email link to pay shipping fee to have their order shipped to them.
PROCESSING TIME
Ready to ship:- Please note that we dispatch daily, however we are unable to guarantee same-day dispatch for all orders. For ready to Ship orders we require 2-5 Business days where as we require more time for handmade products.
Handmade Products:- All orders from NJ ART section are handmade and prepared by NEHA and these order are prepared after receiving your order which require at least 2 to 12 business days to process.
Please Note- If you are ordering a “Ready to Ship” product with Handmade product then your order will be shipped when all items will be ready.

For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. *Once your order is dispatched from our studio, it may be subject to delay with Canada Post or Courier Company and these times can only be used as a rough guide. Rural Canada areas and International may incur longer transit times. Please check the Canada Post website for the latest transit times and delivery information.
All shipping costs (intrastate, interstate and international) are calculated after any coupon, discount code or promotion is applied.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
NJ Creator is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Canada Post or any other courier – we will trace your parcel on your behalf and work with you to provide as much information as we can if you decide to lodge an investigation with Canada Post or Courier Company.
NJ Creator is not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned to sender due to being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered the address during checkout. NJ Creator is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed during transit.
For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. We are not responsible for any costs imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. NJ Creator will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer.
